We are excited to announce that The Century is getting a new lock and key system that will improve security and accessibility. Through the Stratis lock and key system you will be able to access the building and homes with tap fobs as well as your phone and you will gain the ability to grant access to your guests, cleaners, and dog walkers with an easier system than ever before. Join us this Thursday, October 23rd from 4-6pm for a Meet and Greet the Stratis team in the lobby. The Stratis team will provide food and drink as they provide lock and app demonstrations, and answer any of your questions regarding the new system. Stratis will begin the residential install on October 27th. We hope that you join us to get comfortable with the new lock system, and we hope you also join us this Friday, October 24th for Trivia at 6pm with a Halloween round Pike Place Market gift certificates for the winning team, and a meal of fall treats and comforting soups and well as our big Halloween Party on Friday, October 31st from 8pm-10pm. #thecenturyseattle #seattle

Door Decor Contest starts on October 1st. You can have your décor up all month long or put it up last minute. Your finishing touches must be on your door by 10/29 when we will be taking photos of each door. The photos will be posted on 10/30 and voting will commence at the Halloween Party. Winners will be awarded gift certificates to local restaurants and shops. • Do not put decoration on hallway walls- doors and door frame only. • Due to Fire Code welcome mats are not welcome • You can put decoration on the ground beside the door frame, but not in front of the door. • Any real pumpkins must have something under them to protect the carpet from pumpkin juices. • Use non-damaging materials only (any damage done will result in a charge for labor and materials). #thecenturyseattle #seattle #seattleapartments #seattlecommunity

Today is the last day to sign up for this Saturday, July 12th Workout & Mimosa. Please sign up before 6pm today so we can order enough food and plan workout stations according to class size. The class begins at 9am, please arrive on time to sign a waiver, warm up properly, and learn about each exercise station. The workout will take place in the center area of the rooftop and brunch will follow directly after on the north side of the rooftop near The Lounge. Our personal trainer, Todd, will lead you through a full body strength and mobility circuit set up in stations. Tristin who is also a personal trainer will be assisting- Please let Todd or Tristin know if you may need any modifications as the workout is explained so they can accommodate your needs and goals. Chiro One will be providing wellness tips and posture checks as well as bagels to go along with mimosas, fruit, pastries, and other brunch options to refuel from your workout.
